Are your pieces handcrafted?

Yes. Every piece is thoughtfully designed in-house and meticulously handcrafted, making each creation unique. Slight variations in colour, finish, and stone appearance are a natural part of the craftsmanship and should not be considered imperfections.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are handcrafted using premium metal alloys and carefully selected semi-precious stones. Material details for individual products can be found on each product page.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

Many of our pieces are restocked based on demand. Since each piece is handcrafted, restocks may take several weeks. If a product is sold out, you can register your interest and be notified when it becomes available again.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Do you offer custom pieces?

I have sensitive skin. Can I wear Anomaly pieces?

Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials and is suitable for most wearers. However, individual sensitivities vary, and we recommend exercising discretion if you have known metal allergies.

Can I wear my jewellery every day?
