Shipping Information
We work quickly to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. During Indian public holidays or periods of high demand, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
Please note that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
In certain cases, some pieces may require additional time to be produced or procured. While we endeavour to deliver your complete order together, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on availability.
If we are unable to dispatch the entirety of your order within 7–10 working days, you may request cancellation of the remaining unshipped items, and the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently, we ship exclusively through trusted courier partners.
At present, each order can only be shipped to a single delivery address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address.
All deliveries may require a signature and valid proof of identification upon receipt.
Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, we kindly request that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately at sales@anomalybyanam.com, quoting your order number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement at the earliest, in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Order Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Our customer care team may reach out if any additional information is required to process your order.
