At Anomaly By Anam, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• You have received a damaged or defective item.
• You have received an incorrect product.
• Your package has been damaged in transit.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Requesting a Return

If you believe your order is eligible for a return or exchange, please email sales@anomalybyanam.com within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

To help us assess the issue, kindly include clear photographs of the product and packaging. All requests are subject to review and approval by our Quality Control team.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, we will endeavour to replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded in the event of an approved return.

Refunds Will Be Issued In The Following Cases

• Genuine manufacturing defects or quality issues.
• Packages lost in transit.
• Incorrect products shipped by Anomaly By Anam.
• Items damaged during transit.

Returns & Refunds Will Not Be Accepted For

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, or stone appearance.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Failed delivery attempts or refused deliveries.
• Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.
• Variations caused by differences in screen displays or device settings.
• Items that are not faulty or damaged.

Handcrafted Nature

Every Anomaly By Anam piece is individually handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and natural stones are to be expected. These characteristics are a part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
